If pickup services are requested you will receive an email following placing your order for more details and to discuss an appropriate time.

We offer several shipping rate options, and free standard shipping for all orders ($75+)! Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.

**2 Day Shipping 2 business days 
**Next Day Shipping 1 business day 
*Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories. Please note this does not include orders shipped to Canada.

 

**For 2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11AM CT to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM CT will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

 

**2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping options are currently available to all 50 US States.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mad Swanky Kouture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
